I just ordered d Arpege? Sp? by Lanvin. This is an amazing fragrance, however it doesn't last long. ????. I hope that I received a new bottle and not one that's been shelved for awhile. I've always been happy with purchases from Fragrance.net but IDK if I'd order this again.

My perfume arrived on time but the bottle was half empty. Paid half the price for it so I guess it seemed fair :)! You get what you pay for in this kind of situation.

Personally, I see this site as a scam. I placed my order and I put express shipping so it can arrive before Mother’s Day. They canceled my order for no reason and I’ve tried contacting them multiple times with no response. They charged me more than what the site said they were charging me and I haven’t received my refund. You can’t even find the refund policy in their website.

I tried to buy 3 perfumes and i gut a price of 107$!
When I tried to pay through Amazon (a free option to pay) the price got added with extra of 50$!!!

If I could rate them ZERO I would. They lie about delivery times and especially when time sensitive. I ordered under the impression that it would be delivered 2-5 working days from order. When this didnt happen, I found out that they shipped the cheapest, nastiest way possible and it will take upwards of 20 days. Great, seeing as there are gifts for my travels. Try to refund or cancel as they dont do that unless you retun the itmes AFTER shipped. Which helps since I'm away for a month. So. If its not stolen, I can maybe return it after the return period expires. No customer service. Try calling or emailing. They are a disgrace. Rather spend 5 bucks more and order from Amazon

I switched from perfume.com to Fragrance net.com because you offered a better selection of perfumes in your monthly subscription, even though your cost is $5-$10 higher than theirs.
The only reason I didn't give 5 *'s is because the shipping method you use. Yes, its done through FedEx, but its the "snail mail" version of FedEx and it takes 9-10 days to arrive after being shipped. Surely with the higher prices you charge every month, the shipping method could be a lot faster than this?
